We want it all out of there like they promised, and have him back Surfing just as soon as he is ready to say Funky White Boy! Lots of new gigs (and new venues) being booked for the Radio Surfers band in 2012. Keep checking back to the Radio Surfers Web site for updates. Get out of the house and see some live music (us, or any of the other great live bands around Columbus, Ohio) - real players, real singers (not lip sync!)... real life!

The Radio Surfers are playing July 30 at Rule 3. This is an outdoor gig on the patio stage, and we hear they are putting on a luau! Hmmm, maybe we better wear our Hawaiian shirts?

Hey, great gig coming up this Friday, June 24 in the north end of Columbus. The Radio Surfers are playing at Rude Dog Bar and Grill, from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Good bar, great crowd (all kinds of folks), good food, and a great-sounding room for our band. Rude Dog is on Sancus Blvd., just a couple blocks south of Polaris Parkway (near the Claddagh Pub). See you there!

p.s. The Whitehall Car Show July 2 is definitely work checking out, for a nice summer afternoon outside. Also in July:
Speeds Sat. 7/23 (great fish tacos!) and Rule 3 (restaurant, volleyball, cornhole, bowling, arcade, and a rockin' band) on Sat. July 30.

Saturday, March 26 - recently-added Radio Surfers gig at Spanky's Pub (Brice & Livingston) - see you there... If you can make this weekend, check us out Saturday, April 2 at Speed's on Main St. on the E side - good bar, great food!

Hey, lots gigs around the east side of Columbus in March and April: Spanky's (on Livingston near Brice), Scotty's (same neighborhood), Speeds (on Main between Hamilton Rd & I-270). All great places to hang out and party with the Radio Surfers.
Then in June, Peddler Lounge in Grove City, and then Rude Dog Bar & Grille on the north side, on Sancus near Polaris. See you there!

Oct. 29 at the Heritage Lounge (E of Columbus, on Rt 256/Hill Rd. between Reynoldsburg/Pickerington) promises to be a wild night. Costume paaarty.... and you know the Radio Surfers like to dress up!

Great outdoor gig last weekend at the amphitheatre in John Bishop Park (Whitehall) for the 8th annual 'Vettes, Rods and Classics show. Next up, come out to see us August 21 on the patio at Rule 3 in Pickerington - besides rockin' on the patio, Rule 3 has a bowling alley, volleyball courts, cornhole, duckball, arcades, a restaurant, and a huge bar!

Saw the Radio Surfers at their last gig - in one set, they played Heart, Carrie Underwood, Beastie Boys, the Supremes, Gretchen Wilson, Elvis, AC/DC, Bryan Adams, Led Zeppelin... and Johnny Cash! And at least 4 or 5 people sang lead vocals at one time or another. Tons of talent in this band, and a good party for all. Keep it up, Radio Surfers!
